Refund policy

Returns:

One Foot Taller return policy lasts 30 days. If there are faults with your product you can send it to us. Please email to check the return address and to let me know what is being returned:

katty@onefoottaller.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received in and in the original packaging. 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item in good condition and of the approval of your refund. To complete your refund we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days from postage of your returned item please contact me: katty@onefoottaller.com.

Exchanges:

If you would rather receive a replacement, a different product or a gift card we can provide this no problem.
